AUTUMN IN EASLEY ART SHOW
ARTIST APPLICATION

The Easley Downtown Business Association invites you to sell and showcase your art at our 3rd Annual Autumn In Easley Art Show.

The 2005 Autumn In Easley Art Show will be held October 1st 2005 in Historic Downtown Easley, South Carolina from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additional information, such as set up times and directions will be provided to you once you have been accepted by the Art Committee. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any applications. Some of the many activities included in the past have been Artist Exhibits and Demonstrations, Children's Activities, Children's Amusement Center, Musical Performances and Concerts, an extensive indoor Doll Show and Custom Motorcycle Exhibition. Last year, approximately 3,000 people attended the event and we are expecting an even larger turnout this year.

In case you haven't been to Downtown Easley lately, we are growing! The expansion is happening quickly and we anticipate this festival to become one of the highlights for the local Autumn season for many years to come. Please join us as we celebrate the artist in each of us.

Artist must not leave their spaces unattended as sponsors will not be responsible for loss or other consequences. Autumn in Easley, its sponsors, Easley Downtown Business Association, and the City of Easley will NOT be responsible for accident, injuries, damage or theft of dealers' property. Artist will be responsible for their sales and tax collection. This event is Rain or Shine

The undersigned agrees that the Downtown Easley Business Association will not be liable for any damage or injury to the undersigned's property or any personal injury, which they or their employees sustain while engaged at this art show, October 1st, 2005.
